We had our bathroom remodel with Reality Construction LLC and the results were amazing. Gina and Mike made suggestions that I would never considered. They personally took the time to explain all the small details of each step. Gina then takes the time to go along and assist in picking out all the cabinets, fixtures and lighting. With her help she made sure everything was holding to the style and décor I was looking to accomplish. During the entire process they communicated with every choice and if schedule changes were needed with the contractors. They supplied an calendar of dates when the variety of work would be completed. I would recommend to friends and family. In fact I have plans in the future to remodel my kitchen and they would be my first choice.

From our 1st meeting with Reality Construction we knew we were done looking for a contractor to do our project. Mike, Deb & Gina were awesome as were all the workers and vendors we worked with during the 3 1/2 months our project took to complete. It was a fairly large project that consisted of adding a large bedroom, a full bath, a family room with a gas fireplace, a custom built wet bar and a theater area. Everything went smoothly and the project was done timely. We absolutely love it and have received many compliments on the quality of the work that was done. If you have a project you are looking to get done and you are searching for a contractor to do it, you can stop looking. Reality Construction LLC is terrific.

Very happy with our remodeled kitchen!

We used Reality Construction, LLC for a remodel of our kitchen and adjoining rooms this past summer. We completely gutted our kitchen and removed the adjoining walls. We were initially impressed with how thoroughly Mike looked at the project. He made observations about lighting, trim, flooring, and many more details that we appreciated being thought out right from the start. He was straightforward with the estimate and nothing exceeded his initial quote. We very much enjoyed that Gina and Mike took us shopping for flooring, plumbing, countertops, and more and we valued their input. I'll admit I went into the remodel with a slightly different vision in mind. After listening to their advice and recommendations our remodel turned out far better than I originally had imagined. We are very much looking forward to celebrating the holidays in our beautiful new space.

Reality Construction LLC did a wonderful job finishing our entire basement. The process went way better than expected and my husband and I were blown away with how everything turned out! Mike and Gina were extremely easy to work with and they were both very responsive. When Gina came out for the initial consultation, she took measurements and gave us a rough estimate of the job. Mike and Gina both came out a second time and after looking at the basement and the layout, Mike gave us a few suggestions about changing the layout and we couldn’t have been happier with the final layout and project. They went with us to pick out everything which was a great help as they are professionals in their area so we relied on their expertise for many of these choices and they exceeded our expectations. The process was overall very smooth, any issues that did arise along the way were quickly handled by Mike without us having to do anything which made hiring them for this project well worth it. The basement was finished ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. The vendors they use were always respectful and very responsive if we had questions. We highly recommend Reality Construction LLC and will use them again in the future!

Your company, Reality Construction, handled every detail of the project from start to finish in a timely and very professional manner. After we selected the components such as vanity top, plumbing fixtures, flooring, lighting, etc., your able crews took over and gave us exactly the bathroom we had envisioned. We went from an outdated, unattractive room to a finished product that not only looks inviting but also functions efficiently. The workmanship is superb and we were so pleased that your crew left the area neat and clean at the end of each work day. Your professionals were polite, trustworthy, and more than competent. After we had used the shower for a few months, there was a minor problem with the door closure. We called you and the installer was at our home within a few days and fixed the problem to our complete satisfaction. That’s what we call standing behind your reputation of outstanding service. We have told many people about your great company and will continue to do so.

Just a note to let you know about the lower level project you did for us. We were a little apprehensive about the potential disruption and mess – but that never happened. Working directly with you we always knew when a work crew was going to be here. The crews you used were very professional and cleaned up when finishing their work. They also did the highest quality of work, as you know, we had NO callbacks. The project was completed within our budget and ahead of schedule. A great value for the price. We really are enjoying it.
