Our experience with Mike and Gina Bartelt of Reality Construction was outstanding – more than we could have imagined. After working with a kitchen planner, we set off for the spring Home Show in Milwaukee. We met Gina and connected immediately. She and Mike met with us several times to discuss our ideas and what would work structurally and within our budget for a remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and a finished lower level room. As tear-down started, we were happy to see that dust was well-contained. The workers were prompt and friendly, and Mike was there to check in and inspect work daily. Mike continually prompted us in our choices, often suggested improvements that would not add to our costs, and made sure that work was done in a timely, accurate, and orderly manner. We were impressed with Mike’s knowledge and insistence on quality work. Our finished rooms are beautiful! We highly recommend Reality Construction and we will definitely call on Mike again when we are ready to drywall our family room.

You and Gina listened to my requirements and worked with me to arrive at the best overall design. Your suggestion made the final result so much better than my original idea.
